Wonderful accommodation in a peaceful spot. Very relaxing. Well appointed accommodation with fantastic views. We didn't see any squirrels, but plenty of bats, rabbits and a woodpecker. Dr G, Leicester, Leicestershire 01 September 2010
A great apartment, very well furnished and equipped and in a fabulous setting - only 10 minutes from Keswick centre yet quietly situated in a wildlife haven. Mrs B, Leeds, West Yorkshire 21 August 2010

Excellent cottage with spacious modern interior. Fantastic location. Mr K, LEEDS 16 March 2010
Highly recommended - this is a lovely holiday cottage in a beautiful location with easy access to some of the best walking within the Lake District. The owners were really helpful - we arrived in the snow, and they even offered to come over in their 4x4 and help us if we had any problems. Mrs A, MARLBOROUGH, Wiltshire 05 January 2010
The accommodation is superb - a well furnished house with thoughtful details like a digital radio and a candle an a basket with DVDs. The views are stunning and the location enchanting.
Mr B, Eastbourne, 01 September 2009
Ideal position in Lake District if you enjoy wildlife (osprey, red squirrel and bat watching all from cottage or nearby) and close to walks and all more busy attractions, as well as Pennines and Hadrian's Wall etc. The owner even came to install digital tv as switch over occured during our stay, we were so busy watching wildlife we'd hardly have noticed but she was very obliging. My first experience of Hoseasons since a canal narrowboat in 1975, brilliant. Mrs S, LONDON, London 25 July 2009
This is a beautiful location and very peaceful, especially if that is the sort of holiday you require. Plenty of walks not far from the location, the people are very friendly and the accommodation is very well equipped and very well maintained. Ms M, Arundel, West Sussex 11 June 2009
Perfect location, all home comforts, had a brilliant time, already stated there 4 times and will go back again. Mr M, Stourbridge, West Midlands 02 February 2009
